Backwards Compatibility

For those who have re-sold 4over Products for years, we will continue to support all existing versions of our API. We call the current version Core API version 1.0 (DirectConnect 3.0), However; we will continue support for DirectConnect V1.0 or V2.0 for the time being. Please beware that DirectConnect 1.0 and 2.0 will be deprecated once all users are migrated to Core API. We will notify all DirectConnect users once we decide on a firm date for deprecation.
We encourage you to migrate to our latest version as soon possible. If your organization is using our API, you can REST assured that we will continue supporting all versions. We will give you advanced notifications for any deprecations.

The Future

Currently Core API is on version 1.0. We do regular builds for enhancements and bug fixes with occasional hot fixes, if necessary. As the Core API evolves, we will introduce new versions and accordingly will plan and notify users of any deprecations or versioning plans.
